  30. At Desktop/Dial-up Networking, select your desired connection with a
  31. right-click (this procedure will affect all connections, so any
  32. connection will do). Select Properties.  Select
  33. Configure/Connection/Advanced. in the additional commands block,
  34. type in   M1L1   to set Monitoring to On and Loudness to Soft.
  35. Commands entered in this block overshadow any other automatically
  36. set commands.  You do not enter   AT   in front of anything in this
  37. block.
